Creative Art & Drama Classes
Weekly workshops for children and adults. 1 to 1 and group classes for creative expression and exploration.
For children, these run after school, as weekend "pop up" clubs and holiday workshops. For adults they are run as weekly 1 to 1 sessions or monthly weekends.
A combination of Circle of Delights - where we share our weekly adventures and stories. Drama class - comprising of games, physical theatre, improv and devising, music and movement work. Culminating in making some glorious art! Through various mediums...crafting, collaging, painting, writing & journaling... maybe some baking...gardening! An array of whimsy! X

Classes are an opportunity to truly voice yourself and play around with ideas expressing oneself as boldly or quietly as you desire. Each week builds upon the last from a perspective of formulation and you find that you move through the experience of the class exactly as you need to at each session. There is really no end goal here - the classes are "joy for joy's sake". However (!) over time, as there is no pressure to achieve but instead to be and unfold, one finds themselves building a good, strong inner sense of well being.
