My Story
I Started Everywhere THEATRE with the concept of providing a space to play, share, make story, art and performance. Moving at a pace that suits the individual and the group dynamic. I was a very shy child but found great escape in stories, art and make believe and as I grew older loved that I could express myself through another character and adored the exploration attending classes at my local theatre (Abbey Theatre in St.Albans) gave me.
I went on to do drama GCSE and A'level and then off to the bright lights of London to drama school, training as a professional actress with The Bridge Physical Theatre Company.
Fast forward many years and after a brief theatre career very quickly realised that my passions lied in TIE (theatre in education) and have for the last 20 years along with various collaborations, been running my own practice privately, in schools, nurseries and various alternate educational centres.
My journey has been one of expansion and has involved working with all kinds of people, with all kinds of individual needs, wants, goals and dreams (!) I consider myself to be a very adaptable, fair, open practitioner with a passion for helping everyone (particularly children and young people) to thrive!
